We have started the upgrade from Unicorn to Symphony Sunday, November 02, 2008 - Kendal
	It’s 5 pm on Sunday and Jon and I have begun the upgrade to Symphony. Well Jon has begun the upgrade, I’ll be working on the configuration once it’s upgraded.

System News Wednesday, July 30, 2008 - Kendal
	A couple of system notes for you. 1. We have corrected the sort order in RSA Cat to reverse pub order. 2. We have loaded Symphony on our test ILS server and are in the process of turning on all the new functionality so that when we start beta testing we can see all the new work that will have to be done. 3. The new version of Director’s Station is due out the end of summer. I’m looking into what we have to do to upgrade to it. It allows multi-selecting in the measures pool which will make life for the libraries with branches much easier. We’ll upgrade as soon as possible to enable this functionality. 4. On Aug 6th we will be upgrading RSA Cat to the newest and last version of the software Sirsi is producing. We’ll operate on the test RSA Cat server until that’s finished and the production server is reconfigured. Not a huge amount of changes, but stability is better, it’s somewhat faster, and it doesn’t forget what library you are after you click the see more link to see results after the first page.
Beta testing on the RSA Cat Test Server Wednesday, April 23, 2008 - Kendal
	We are currently beta testing the next release of the EPS software that runs RSA Cat on our test server. If you’d like to help us find bugs, please go to http://66.99.64.100/rooms/portal/page/Sirsi_HOME and do your searching there. The catalog is connected to the live system, so you can compair results with the production RSA Cat catalog. This release fixes the page 2 issue where the catalog forgets what library you are searching.
Popup holds on discharge adjusted Thursday, March 20, 2008 - Kendal
	We have adjusted the holds rules for the popup or instant hold/transit requests that appear when you discharge items. We have set them to match you holds group (public, school or both). So if you are a school, you should only receive this type of a popup box from other schools.
Default pickup libraries set Friday, March 07, 2008 - Kendal
	All the default pickup libraries will default to your library now, with the exception of the libraries with branches. Those we are working on still. Those libraries with branches we will set to default to the main branch unless you tell us otherwise.
